When they’re not caring for patients, they enjoy spending time with their two wonderful children, Mateo and Isabel, who inspire their warm and family-oriented approach. Together, they strive to make every patient feel at home while helping you achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.

EducationDr. Juan Hernandez earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine in 2003. Following his graduation, he completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn, NY, where he also served as Chief Resident. Driven by his passion for advanced dentistry, Dr. Hernandez pursued a specialized fellowship in Dental Implants and Biomaterials at the same institution, honing his expertise in state-of-the-art implant techniques and materials science. He is multilingual, speaking Spanish, English, and some Arabic, allowing him to connect with and care for patients from diverse backgrounds.

She then advanced her clinical skills by completing a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Fraticelli is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and stays committed to advancing her expertise in modern dental practices. She is bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English, ensuring clear and compassionate communication with her patients.
